FCA Hockey is excited to offer strength & conditioning workouts, with focus toward to developing and growing hockey players of all ages. These workouts are created and managed by Josh Freitas, workouts include being able to reach out to Josh personally about any questions and advice on how to continue to grow on the physical side of the game!

Joshua Freitas is the strength and nutrition coach at FCA Hockey. Josh has 10+ years of experience in the hockey strength and nutrition world training hockey players and other athletes from youth all the way to NCAA collegiate athletes. He has used his own experience from year’s of training, player NCAA Hockey, and coaching to put together multiple in season programs for hockey players. One of the biggest demands that we have at FCA Hockey is player’s asking for in-season workouts. We now have an answer for you! Josh has created these workouts for player’s that would like to take there game to the next level by adding in workouts to help player’s continuing making physical gains during the season.
